flashnivo began as an internal training programme for a UK regional newsroom and grew into a dedicated course for any team that needs to move from set-up to broadcast in minutes, not hours.
Our story
We started flashnivo after watching too many talented crews lose broadcast time to avoidable lighting glare, patchy audio and last-minute studio changes. The fix wasn't more equipment, it was a faster, clearer way to prepare.
Today we work with newsrooms, sports broadcasters and events companies across the United Kingdom, running short, practical sessions that fit around live schedules.
